Red Riding HoodThe young boy sat quietly under a willow tree, thinking.

He went there whenever he was sad, or depressed, or angry, which tended to happen a lot.

He sighed and stared at the grassy vines hanging from the tree, watching as the sun set beyond the hills, and the wind slowly breezing through the leaves.

He sighed. He thought too much, he always told himself, but that was really the only thing that calmed him down. Her Laugh Broke the Silence Her laugh broke the silence. I knew her well enough by now that I could tell it was a good laugh. Thank God, because for the past two or three minutes she's just been standing there with a thoughtful look on her face. Edit: I'm really glad this has been a hit-- I'm not going to tell you guys to look elsewhere or anything, but I would like to say that, if you plan on using the lyrics, I'd appreciate a heads up or a credit when they're used. This is probably just me, but for the end of each line, it seems to be a syllable short, again only in my head. This could be gratified by adding the word 'only'

Ah, yeah, it can be a little hard to figure out what the pacing of something is like when it's only in text, so I get what you're saying; some things seem a little different for everybody who experiences them. In this instance, I had intended for there to be an emphasis on 'Time' and for it to stretch over two syllables, rather than just one. I didn't make a note of it anywhere, though... I should probably get around to doing that.

If you like the 'only' version better, though, that works too. ^^
